Requirements

• Licensed PT, PTA, OT, or OTA in Wisconsin
• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
• Passion for serving the geriatric population
• Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
• Committed to high standards of clinical care and accountability
