Texoma Medical Center (TMC), a 414-bed acute care facility located in Denison, Texas, has been providing quality healthcare to residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. The Therapist is responsible for conducting Biopsychosocial Assessments, individual, family, and group therapy, as well as creating and updating treatment plans within assigned timelines. The Clinician oversees the patient discharge planning process and ensures appropriate utilization of department resources. They encourage active participation in programming and are required to document all services, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner. Additionally, the Clinician responds to emergency codes as requested or assigned.
