How you’ll contribute A Therapist who excels in this role: A ssessing to understand their emotional, psychological, and social situations. Developing treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care. Providing counseling and support to patients and families facing mental health challenges. Connecting patients with community resources and services, such as support groups and housing assistance. Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring they receive equitable care within the healthcare system. Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure preferred.
• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• Current unencumbered clinical license per state of practice guidelines.
• CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment.
• May be required to work flexible hours.
