About The Position

Join our Team as a Clinical Therapist! Are you a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to helping children and families heal from trauma? We're looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our team and provide essential clinical services to child victims and their loved ones. In this role, you will provide individual, sibling, and family counseling in a culturally sensitive manner. You'll manage a caseload of 22–25 patients, with a focus on direct client services, including clinical assessments, treatment planning, and therapy. You will also facilitate psychoeducational groups, provide parent education, and offer case management and child advocacy services. What You'll Do: Clinical Therapy: Provide therapy and psychoeducational groups to children, adolescents, and families impacted by child abuse. Case Management: Maintain a patient caseload, handle all necessary documentation, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Advocacy & Support: Offer court guidance and child advocacy services, ensuring families receive the support they need. On-Call Services: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide immediate intervention and family stabilization when necessary.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family therapy or a related field.
  • Eligibility for independent board-certified licensure in the state of practice, to be achieved within 12 months.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and their families post license.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • A clear background screening through the Department of Justice, FBI, and Child Abuse Index.
