This role provides mentoring and support as part of a therapeutic team at River Valley Counseling Center. Key responsibilities include providing transportation to various activities, helping individuals build essential life and social skills, supporting treatment plan goals, and maintaining accurate progress notes for a caseload. The position also involves developing lesson plans, consulting with clinical staff, demonstrating cultural competency, and connecting clients to community resources. Strong communication, professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to RVCC policies are essential. We are continuously seeking qualified Therapeutic Mentors to join our team.
