The Brand Marketing team at Concord Theatricals oversees marketing and brand management for both the Rodgers & Hammerstein and Marvin Hamlisch estates. Responsibilities include developing brand partnerships, creating unique marketing campaigns, overseeing 30 owned social media channels, ensuring brand consistency with licensees and other partners, supporting first class theatrical productions and more – all with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving revenue via theatrical licensing, music publishing and non-traditional licensing. Our paid internship program will give you a unique opportunity to enhance your professional skillset, increase your knowledge of the industry, and expand your network. Our goal is to help you develop your talents as well as receive dedicated mentorship and support. Our Spring Internship Program will run from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th and allows interns to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. This internship is a paid in-person opportunity and requires the ability to work in the specified office location.

  • The timeline of this internship programs runs from Tuesday, June 2nd – Friday, August 14th. You must be able to work 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with content brainstorming, social content production (including video and graphic design) and social media publishing.
  • Assist with social media monitoring, community management, influencer sourcing and tracking.
  • Assist with refreshing the growing R&H digital channels, including the R&H YouTube channel (including creating and refreshing playlists) and the R&H email flows in Klaviyo.
  • Support with the digital and physical Rodgers & Hammerstein historical archive, and the compiling of archival materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Aid in the expansion of the Marketing swag and historical archive storage rooms, along with reorganization efforts.
  • Expand the Brand anniversary calendar in Asana to include dates beyond 2029, ensuring milestone anniversaries are properly tracked for the foreseeable future.
  • Support the Brand Marketing team as necessary with all other projects.
