About The Position

Over the course of our 12-week internship experience you will have the opportunity to: Work directly with a mentor in your field of study while finding solutions to real world problems Experience our products up close by working with one of our Marketing teams Interact directly with our company leaders Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the medical technology industry Let's Talk About Responsibilities: As Brand & Social Content Intern, you will work directly with talented individuals of all levels. With guidance from a departmental leader, you will work on supporting brand storytelling across campaigns, activations, social media, and culture content. The right candidate for our internship will be expected to know commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Brand marketing and rely on mentorship, instructions, and pre-established guidelines to perform the job's functions. This is preferred to be a hybrid role located at our Resmed headquarters in San Diego, CA. Candidates will be asked to be available to participate in hybrid team meetings. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during Summer 2026; program dates are May 18th – August 7th, 2026, OR June 15th – September 4th, 2026. Preference for the B cohort.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Film, Design, PR, or Journalism.
  • A strong visual and creative sensibility with a portfolio, social presence, or body of work to share.
  • Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video.
  • Familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  • Deeply plugged into digital culture and platform trends.

Responsibilities

  • Help bring brand activations to life, from concept support to on-the-ground execution.
  • Create short-form video, social posts, and visual assets that feel native to each platform.
  • Spot trends early and turn them into smart, on-brand content.
  • Collaborate with design, brand, and talent teams to tell stories that will resonate with our core audiences.
  • Track what performs, learn from it, and evolve the content accordingly.
  • Capture moments in real time, especially during events, shoots, and culture moments.
