Position Summary EarnIn is looking for a Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team. This individual will act as a “force multiplier” for the company. This role presents a unique opportunity for the candidate who is excited about getting broad visibility into every aspect of the Marketing discipline at Earnin. This individual will work closely with senior leaders at EarnIn and will report to the Chief Marketing Officer. We are looking for someone who is eager to work collaboratively in a team environment with an openness to learn and adapt to new challenges. This position will be an 8 to 12-week long Summer 2026 internship and will be hybrid 2 days a week from our Mountain View HQ. Hours approximately 15-20 per week with pay range for this position $32-$50 per hour.

Requirements

  • Someone currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Graduate degree in Marketing.
  • Possesses strong creative acumen.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI solutions to improve performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to be detailed oriented
  • Proactive and ability to adapt to a changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support activation efforts related to our evolved Brand Strategy.
  • Support Brand Marketing campaign planning and execution efforts.
  • Drive segment specific marketing efforts (College Students, Teachers, Nurses, Military, First Responders) - with support.
  • Drive in-market activation efforts (Events, Sampling, etc.) - with support.
  • Support ongoing AI usage efforts.
  • Lean into any Market Research efforts.
