About The Position

Lead concessions and bar operations – supervise staff and ensure a smooth guest experience. What You'll Do Oversee all concessions and bar operations during events at the Foellinger Theatre. Manage staff, monitor service flow, maintain inventory, and ensure food, beverage, and alcohol service meet safety and guest service standards. Assist with opening/closing procedures and support the Theatre Food & Beverage Assistant Manager with event-day operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and manual activity
• Ability to work in changing outdoor conditions and loud environments

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred
• Experience in food, beverage, or concessions service preferred
• Leadership or shift-lead experience helpful
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise concessions and bar staff; assign stations and adjust coverage based on crowds
• Monitor product levels, POS functionality, and staff performance
• Assist with stocking, restocking, and waste control
• Enforce food safety, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Resolve guest concerns and provide ADA assistance as needed
• Assist with pre-event setup and post-event breakdown
• Support emergency or medical response as directed
• Track product shortages and report to management; assist with cash-out and post-event documentation
