Lead concessions and bar operations – supervise staff and ensure a smooth guest experience. What You'll Do Oversee all concessions and bar operations during events at the Foellinger Theatre. Manage staff, monitor service flow, maintain inventory, and ensure food, beverage, and alcohol service meet safety and guest service standards. Assist with opening/closing procedures and support the Theatre Food & Beverage Assistant Manager with event-day operations.
