About The Position

This position is a seasonal, event-based role, with a primary duration from April-September.

Summary: Responsible for the successful operations of concession department to include but not limited to concession stands, portables, bars, in-seat service, etc...

Requirements

• Strong ability to supervise staff and lead with minimal direction
• Computer/POS skill preferred
• Able to train hourly staff on concession duties
• Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

• Assist Concessions Manager with maintaining POS System.
• Training of Supervisors, Leads and cashiers.
• Assists Concessions manager with communication with warehouse and kitchen to ensure product availability and quality.
• Monitor proper completion of checklists and SOP adherence.
• Work closely with Locations Sanitarian to ensure Health Department and PSC sanitation standards are met.
• Assist Concessions Manager in executing all required mandated training and tracking of training completion.
• Assist Concessions Manager with communicating any staffing concerns with the Staffing Team.
• Abide by company safety and sanitation policies
• Follow and manage Levy Responsible Alcohol Service
• Oversee the sales of food & beverage items to spectators at various events
• Inventory of product
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees
• Performs other duties assigned
