Theatre Food & Beverage Assistant Manager Hours vary, including evenings, weekends, and event days Passionate about hospitality, organized, and ready to serve every guest with excellence. Lead bars, concessions, and event beverage operations behind the scenes. What You'll Do Oversee all food, beverage, and alcohol operations at Foellinger Theatre, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused service while managing staff, inventory, and event logistics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in food and beverage, bar management, concessions, or hospitality operations
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and outdoor events
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Valid Indiana Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule concession and bar staff, including seasonal and contract employees
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to keep bars and concessions fully stocked
• Enforce all food safety, alcohol service, and cash-handling regulations
• Monitor service areas, perform pre/post-event inspections, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Oversee POS systems, reconcile sales, and maintain accurate financial records
