Requirements

  • Prior Food and Beverage serving experience is required.
  • In accordance with the State of Colorado, you must be 18 years to serve alcohol.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute elegant tableside presentations and preparations, ensuring theatrical yet controlled service that aligns with luxury standards and enhances guest engagement and satisfaction.
  • Direct and delegate responsibilities to servers, back servers, and the F&B team.
  • Present menus, explain specials and make knowledgeable food and wine recommendations.
  • Take orders with accuracy, elegance, and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and oversee wine and beverage service at the table.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and guest engagement through service.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to service request.
  • Ensure each table is kept clean, orderly, and visually appealing throughout the meal.
  • Answer menu questions and make suggestions regarding food, beverage, and service.
  • Ensure proper pacing of courses, smooth table turns, and consistency in service.
  • Ensure tables are prepped with appropriate settings, silverware, and glassware for each course.
  • Monitor and maintain timing, etiquette, and flow in line with luxury service standards.
  • Communicate and execute special guest request, allergies, or celebrations with precision.
  • Greet guests in a friendly, timely manner with a smile, proper English, and correct posture.
  • Observe guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
  • Serve all orders according to product/serving specifications.
  • Complete daily and weekly side-work.
  • Complete daily reporting to accounting, following proper cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with greeting and seating guests, including menu presentation.
  • Participate in all ongoing departmental training initiatives including menu, beverage and service reviews.
  • Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
