  • Create and post content on social media accounts to promote the business.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and treatment areas.
  • Assist in managing provider calendars and staff meetings.
  • Handle patient concerns and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Manage patient management software and ensure accurate data entry.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa or medical office setting.
  • Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
