About The Position

Come join our FUN TEAM! Assist in coordination, set-up, break-down and facilitation of guests’ activities at The Beach Club. Activities will be for adults, teens, children and/or families. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times. At Spectrum Resorts, we believe in teamwork, family, and supporting each other. Requirements

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests.
Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions

Responsibilities

Help plan, set up/break-down and facilitate guest activities to include arts and crafts, games, dancing, etc.
Interact with guests to maintain fun, energetic and safe events.
Provide information on Beach Club services and special events as needed.
Use problem resolution skills to insure guest needs are met.
Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
Maintain work and activities area in a clean, neat manner.
Perform other duties as assigned
