About The Position

This is a role for doers—not button-pushers. We’re looking for a Tablet Filling Line (TFL) Operator to join our Primary Production team at Praxis Packaging. If you have experience in machine shops, manufacturing, or working with technical equipment - and like working where precision and process matter - you might be the right fit. Requirements

1-3 years of experience working in fast-paced, detail-driven environments (machine operation, manufacturing, CNC, or tool & die a plus)
Comfort using tools, adjusting equipment, and managing your own workflow
Ability to read, follow, and complete technical instructions and documentation
A problem-solving mindset and a steady hand under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to read, understand, and carefully follow written operating and batch record instructions in English.
Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) carefully and accurately.
