Requirements
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to read and write and follow directions
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
- Ability to understand and follow texturing operator standard work procedures
- Ability to run 4-5 machines efficiently
- Ability to trouble and correct machine position issues and flag positions if position can’t be fixed by operator
- Ability to work as a team.
- Good communication skills
Responsibilities
- Run machines to spec and quality standards
- Keep ends up and running
- Troubleshoot ends that are down and correct
- Splice packs together
- Flag position that are not working
- Keep work area clean
