Position Overview We are seeking a Textile Finishing Apprentice to join our skilled workshop team. In this role, you will assist in finishing our products — including gluing, sewing, seaming, wrapping, and edge finishing. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about design and craftsmanship, with clear pathways to grow into higher-level roles such as Craftsman, Senior Craftsman, and Master, each with corresponding pay scales.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write in English
• Strong basic math and measurement skills (tape measure proficiency required)
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
• Reliability, coachability, and a strong work ethic
• Passion for design and willingness to learn the craft

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced craftsmen on textile finishing tasks
• Read and follow work orders and quality sheets
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout all projects
• Use tools such as tape measures and basic hand equipment daily
• Support production schedules and meet delivery timelines
