About Job Job Description Testing Project Manager (Bilingual – Chinese/English) Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – minimum 3 days onsite) Role Overview We are seeking a highly practical and execution-oriented Testing Project Manager to lead and coordinate testing projects across cross-functional teams. This role requires strong hands-on project management skills, experience in software or hardware testing environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both local teams and offshore teams in China. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a testing lab environment while managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, hardware testing, or QA project management.
  • Strong project management and execution mindset with a hands-on attitude.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in a testing lab environment.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams in China.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with hardware devices, consumer electronics, or AI-related products.
  • Familiarity with testing tools, QA processes, or test automation workflows.
  • Prior experience in global technology companies or outsourcing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end testing projects including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure testing milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Work onsite in the testing lab environment to support hardware/software testing activities.
  • Collaborate with China-based offshore teams to align on testing plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate clear communication across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Track testing progress, identify risks or issues early, and drive solutions proactively.
  • Ensure documentation, test reports, and project updates are maintained accurately.
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes and workflows.
