About The Position

The Testing Enablement Lead is responsible for establishing and governing the standards, frameworks, tools, practices, and readiness processes that support Testing & Validation across domains. This role enables consistent, scalable, and high‑quality testing across Enrollment & Billing, Claims, UAT, and cross‑domain functions.

Requirements

5+ years in software testing, QA, or UAT, with 2+ in a senior/lead role.
Expertise in QA methodologies, risk-based testing, and UAT execution.
Strong technical grounding with SQL, automation frameworks, and environment management.
Experience developing and governing testing standards and metrics.
Exceptional communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and govern enterprise-level testing standards, including readiness checklists, test plan templates, sample cases, and execution guidelines.
Define and mature the Testing Enablement framework, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives across Product, Development, Testing, Operations, and Implementation.
Standardized evidence capture, documentation approaches, and defect triage workflows across domains.
Own quality KPIs, dashboards, and metrics, enabling objective transparency into test health, coverage, bottlenecks, and release readiness.
Design and operationalize repeatable, scalable processes for functional, regression, UAT, cross‑domain, and risk-based testing.
Govern automation standards, reusable patterns, and tooling best practices.
Oversee environment readiness, refresh cadence, and alignment across client and internal regions.
Ensure availability of synthetic test data, base cases, and templated scenarios.
Partner cross-functionally with Product, QA, Dev, Ops, and Client teams.
Participate in release planning, readiness checkpoints, and client‑specific scenario planning where needed.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop training on testing standards.
