Leads assembly functions for pumps, fluid-ends, and flow line products including monitoring the flow of goods in WIP (work in process) to meet defined build schedules, strict safety policy awareness and adherence for team and self, supporting and monitoring productivity of assembly team, ensure team is adhering to work instructions, and facilitate 5S for assembly areas. This role will also troubleshoot issues for the assembly team to ensure set daily goals are consistently met while also managing the assembly areas to the LEAN Gemba board metrics of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and behavior as set forth by the organization. Overview of Responsibilities: Analyze assembly bottlenecks/problems and implement counter active measures and escalate as needed. Quickly ascertain problems and be decisive in solving problems, such as identifying defects in the production line that would jeopardize quality and schedule. Determines that the proper equipment is being used by team per the designated area. Adheres to policies and procedures related to ISO 9001 2015, OSHA, and company policies. Analyze and issue recommendations to manager around team’s production and performance as needed.
