We design, manufacture, and install lubrication systems for multiple industries with a focus on natural gas compression, refining, and rotating machinery. We are actively seeking an Assembly Technician who can meet the following job demands. · Assembly position with primary focus on marking duties utilizing laser machines and Adobe illustrator. . Build product subassemblies or final assemblies without supervision. · Prepare work to be completed by studying work instructions, approved drawings and parts lists; verifying parts provided by storeroom staff are correct and complete; and gathering tools and other materials necessary to complete the job. · Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. · Verify and/or test all components and finished assemblies for functionality according to specifications. Follow quality control guidelines to accept or reject parts. · Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity; troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. · Set up, operate, and shut down production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. · Calibrate or adjust equipment to ensure quality production, using tools such as calipers, micrometers, plug gauges, presses or ring gauges. · Prepare production documents, such as work instructions, and productivity reports.
