About The Position

At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Business Area, our portfolio features more than 1,000 programs, including helicopters, integrated air and missile defense, littoral warfare, undersea warfare, radar, electronic warfare, cyber solutions, C4ISR, and training and logistics systems. The business area supports the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Navy and Missile Defense Agency, as well as intelligence, civil, commercial and international military customers. We are seeking a Test Technician to operate various RF test instruments, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators, to conduct tests on RF components and systems. The successful candidate will collect accurate measurements and test data, perform routine maintenance on test equipment, and work collaboratively with engineers to analyze test data. Additionally, as a Test Technician you will be responsible for identifying faults, performing basic troubleshooting, documenting results, maintain equipment logbooks and test documentation, and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment to ensure the highest level of quality. Requirements

  • Fundamental understanding of electronics systems and concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to read & interpret electrical schematics
  • Basic understanding of troubleshooting circuits
  • Experience with use of diagnostic tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Ability to work well with computers and electronic documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an integrated team
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with using an MRP system
