Requirements

  • Typically have High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • A.S. in Electronics Technology education/degree/ Equivalent Work experience
  • Ability to read schematics
  • Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer
  • Basic component level troubleshooting experience

Responsibilities

  • Test electronic components, following blueprints, guidelines, and part-specific procedures to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Analyze assemblies at the component level, document results, and maintain test equipment as required.
  • Use hand/machine tools, measuring devices, and electronic/manual test equipment safely and effectively.
  • Support production schedules, meet deadlines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE).
  • Follow safety, quality, and hazardous waste procedures at all times.
  • Use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
  • Train others, interface with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve production or process issues.
  • Maintain a clean, efficient work environment, request tools and supplies as needed, and contribute to waste minimization and audit activities.
