Requirements
- Typically have High school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D.) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Nice To Haves
- A.S. in Electronics Technology education/degree/ Equivalent Work experience
- Ability to read schematics
- Working knowledge of DMM, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, & Spectrum Analyzer
- Basic component level troubleshooting experience
Responsibilities
- Test electronic components, following blueprints, guidelines, and part-specific procedures to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze assemblies at the component level, document results, and maintain test equipment as required.
- Use hand/machine tools, measuring devices, and electronic/manual test equipment safely and effectively.
- Support production schedules, meet deadlines, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives (ACE).
- Follow safety, quality, and hazardous waste procedures at all times.
- Use computer tools such as SAP and accurately follow work instructions.
- Train others, interface with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve production or process issues.
- Maintain a clean, efficient work environment, request tools and supplies as needed, and contribute to waste minimization and audit activities.
