Requirements

• Associate degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends

Nice To Haves

• Experience in electrical testing or lab environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical tests including power factor, impulse, and temperature runs
• Calibrate instruments and troubleshoot test equipment
• Create Certified Test Reports using basic computer skills
• Collaborate with Engineering to explain test results and resolve issues
• Pull standard and G&O liquid samples
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team meetings
• Cross-train in multiple skills and assist in training others
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
