The Test Supervisor must plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department by performing the duties listed below. Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department. Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies. Drive productivity and operational cost reduction throughout the department. Identify process improvements and work with manufacturing engineering to update work instructions as required. Work with planning, purchasing, and stockroom teams to review material shortages and schedule accordingly. Supervise employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
