About The Position

The Opportunity: Are you looking for an opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with strategic program leadership to ensure mission-critical national security space systems are thoroughly tested, validated, and ready for operational use? Do you understand how complex space and ground systems move from development through integration, verification, operational test, and final acceptance? If so, join the Space Sensing Systems Engineering and Integration ( SE & I ) team and help deliver resilient, high-confidence space capab ilities to the warfighter. As a Test Program Manager, you will lead the planning, integration, and execution of system-level test and verification activities across development, integration, and tran sit ion to operations. You will ensure that the United States Nuclear Detonation Detection System ( USNDS ) ground segment meet performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and operational readiness requirements prior to operational acceptance and sustainment. You will work across government, FFRDC, and contractor teams to define and execute test strategies aligned with DoD acqui sit ion milestones. Your leadership will ensure disciplined verification and validation ( V & V ) , integrated test planning, operational readiness certification , and smooth tran sit ion into sustained operations. Your client will rely on you to coordinate with the contractor testing team to manage integrated test plans, coordinate developmental and operational test activities, manage risk and defect resolution, and provide data-driven assessments of system readiness. You will chair test working groups, support major program reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews and System Verification Reviews, and ensure t race ability between requirements, verification met hods, and operational outcomes. You will also e nga ge directly with operators and warfighters to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world mission use and operational constraints. Join us. The world can’t wait.
