About The Position

About our group:  Our BCM team manages Business Continuity Management System (BCMS).  BCMS at Seagate spans across the enterprise and encompasses 4 distinct pillars of planning. These include: Business Continuity Planning, Incident Management, Crisis Management, and Supply Chain Risk Management   We are seeking a program/project manager, responsible for Seagate BCMS strategy and Crisis Management Program.   BCMS strategy including defining Seagate BCMS program long-term goals and how we plan to achieve them. Determine the path for the BCMS program inclusive of all programs within to align with Seagate values of Integrity, inclusion, and innovationAbout the role - you will:  Contribute to developing a comprehensive Crisis Management Program encompassing corporate emergency response, site preparedness, employee preparedness, and incident management.  Assist the Enterprise Crisis Management Team with the mobilization and coordination of external and internal resources required to mitigate the impact of a high severity incident or crisis. Support crisis management activities during times of business disruptions  Plan, manage and execute a roster of regional and global Crisis Management exercises that robustly test the integrity and effectiveness of the mitigation plans in place  Develop and maintain a training and awareness program for the BCMS Program that drives continuous improvement and develops an increased level of awareness amongst the employees  Work closely with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program manager to develop risk-awareness culture

  • Track record of global, cross-country collaboration to address risk related issues across lines of business, functions, and geographies
  • BA or MA in Electrical Engineering
