About The Position

The Test Operator is responsible for performing product testing in accordance with established procedures and Minimum Performance Specifications (MPS). This role requires a general familiarity with electronics, test equipment, and testing methodologies, as well as the ability to work accurately, professionally, and with strong attention to detail.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant experience in electronics, testing, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform all testing processes required within the assigned area.
• Understand and follow detailed test procedures.
• Perform all assigned tests in an unbiased, consistent, and professional manner using criteria defined in the MPS.
• Collaborate with the Service Lead to identify, correct, and prevent failures, errors, or issues that may affect product quality or integrity.
