Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Proven experience managing large-scale testing initiatives and teams
  • Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Zephyr)
  • Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery models
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • ISTQB or similar testing certifications preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with performance and security testing tools
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for complex systems
  • Lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and environments
  • Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure timely delivery
  • Oversee automation initiatives and optimize testing frameworks for efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
