What You’ll Do As a Test Engineering Technician in the Production Test Engineering organization, you will play a dual role: providing hands-on support for our test operations and developing test packages. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team ensuring smooth factory operations and driving test continuous improvements. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining manufacturing test packages to verify product functionality and compliance with customer specifications (such as BOM and FW) and production requirements. Providing direct support to production during a unique weekend shift (Friday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:45 PM) to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test packages, test software, IT infrastructure, network and customer-owned tests. Coordinating test readiness efforts , including tracking requirements, schedules, and actions to ensure timely delivery. Validating customer manufacturing test releases and debugging issues to maintain high-quality standards. Collaborating closely with engineering and factory teams to ensure test solutions meet both technical and operational needs. This role is ideal for technicians who want to grow into test package development while staying closely connected to production support. Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of technician experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer architecture, networking, and storage
  • Ability to debug hardware/software issues in a production environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • Experience with software development
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing test processes and tools
