Test Engineer (DIC)
About The Position
Responsibilities Execute mechanical, environmental, thermo-mechanical, fatigue, vibration, thermal cycling, and drop/shock reliability test campaigns for components, assemblies, and subsystems Develop, calibrate, and maintain Digital Image Correlation (DIC) measurement systems as part of test instrumentation Perform DIC image correlation, extract displacement and strain fields, and conduct post-processing, uncertainty analysis, and data validation Create clear presentations, visual summaries, and reports to communicate test results, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional engineering teams Develop test plans, procedures, execution logs, and detailed test reports for internal and stakeholder review
