About The Position

Key Responsibilities Lead test development for new product introduction (NPI) and production programs. Develop work instructions and training processes for test technicians. Operate and program LabVIEW and NI TestStand systems. Perform dielectric testing (high potential insulation, continuity) and use oscilloscopes. Conduct HALT/HASS testing, vibration, and thermal chamber tests. Document results and ensure compliance with AS9100 and MIL-SPEC standards. Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineers to develop build-to-print processes. Drive improvements in test methods, data integrity, and troubleshooting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or Associate's in Engineering Technology with strong experience. 7-12 years of aerospace/defense test engineering experience. Proficiency with LabVIEW and NI TestStand; C coding experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with thermal chambers, oscilloscopes, and dielectric testing. Strong problem-solving skills, multi-disciplinary mindset, and ability to work across functions. Must be a U.S. person under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
