Requirements

  • Live Aircraft Avionics Testing and Troubleshooting of Electrical Systems on F-16
  • MTP development and execution to Production floor
  • Experience with MIDS, IFF, Radar Systems, Electrical, Flight Controls, Comm/Nav, Weapons Systems, Fire Control
  • CI initiatives & measures to reduce SRR & Span Time Reductions, ROI measurers
  • Forward Thinking
  • Bachelors Degree or pursuing - prefer Electrical Engineering
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement detailed Manufacturing Test Procedures (MTPs) from engineering specifications and releases to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Work documentation to streamline processes, enhance consistency, and improve efficiency.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting efforts for electrical, avionics, and systems integration issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
  • Collaborate with Systems and Design Engineering teams to verify and validate engineering requirements during testing phases.

  • Innovate and refine testing methodologies to boost production efficiency, improve reliability, and enhance the performance of the F-16 fighter jet.
