About The Position

You will be a Test Engineer Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment. What You Will Be Doing As a Test Engineer Staff, you will be responsible test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology.
• 5+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Hands-on experience with common measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Proven experience troubleshooting analog, RF, and/or digital circuits, including identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Component and/or system-level troubleshooting experience, with the ability to analyze and resolve problems at multiple levels of complexity.
• Ability to interpret test requirements, electrical test results, and technical data, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance, with the willingness to comply with all applicable security regulations and procedures.
• MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

• Experience with automated systems and manufacturing processes, including familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.
