Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits, systems, and basic principles of electromagnetism and electronics.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in using testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports detailing test results and observations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and a reference check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of test equipment, plans, and test cases for electrical and electronic components.
  • Conduct tests to evaluate product performance under various conditions and document the results accurately.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues effectively.
  • Participate in the review and analysis of test results to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain test equipment and ensure that it is calibrated, functional, and safe to use.
  • Report findings and provide recommendations for product improvements based on testing outcomes.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
