About The Position

As a Business Process Intern, you will work closely with our business operations team to identify inefficiencies, assist in the development of streamlined processes, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our overall operational effectiveness. Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey findings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about business processes.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prototype a solution for digital work instructions.
- Develop business cases and project proposals.
- Assist in documenting existing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Conduct data analysis to support process improvement initiatives and project management.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and feedback on current processes.
- Participate in team meetings and presentations, providing updates on project status and findings.
- Help develop training materials and resources for staff on new processes and tools implemented.
- Support the manufacturing team in tracking progress and maintaining project documentation.
- Research industry best practices and assist in benchmarking processes against competitors.
- Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
