The Engineer Test, Intermediate (TS/SCI) provides critical expertise in planning, executing, and documenting comprehensive testing programs for classified and unclassified PM PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) products and the platforms they support.

  • Ensures rigorous verification and validation of system performance, security, and compatibility across all development phases.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test programs, plans, and procedures under the guidance of senior personnel.
  • Gain experience in a broad range of testing disciplines, including cybersecurity, hardware/software component testing, system compatibility, and functional/integration testing.
  • Execute test procedures, documenting results, and supporting the creation of test documentation such as Test Plans and Test Reports.
  • Participate in technical program reviews, IPTs, and working groups, contributing to discussions and assisting with data collection.
  • Assist in drafting basic sections of SOOs, SOWs, and PWSs related to testing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline with five (5) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic systems.
  • OR
  • Four (4) years of military service with five (5) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical/electronic systems
  • Possess a deep understanding of various testing methodologies, including full qualification, field testing, environmental stress screening, EMI/EMC, and TEMPEST.
