Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in test engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Familiarity with software testing tools and environments.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Engineering degrees such as ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering) or MET (Mechanical Engineering Technology) or EET (Electrical Engineering Technology).
Experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of test equipment strategies and plans.
Support the design and implementation of test equipment methodologies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test equipment requirements and specifications.
