About The Position

You will be the Test Engineer Associate for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Engineer Associate, you will be responsible test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. Your responsibilities will include: Debugging and fixing test software anomalies Troubleshooting test equipment and support troubleshooting efforts of the production hardware Supporting off-hours testing and associated projects as needed Test equipment failure analysis and resolution This position typically requires 5 years of professional experience. Requirements

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Electronics Engineering Technology.
  • This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
  • Hardware troubleshooting experience which could include internship experience, coursework or projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience both with analog and digital circuits.
  • Familiarity with common electronic test equipment.
  • Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results.
  • Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis, and develop and implement root cause and corrective actions.
  • Previous experience with programming languages such as C, C++, and National Instrument LabWindows CVI, TestStand and LabView.
