About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead testing initiatives across large-scale programs. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Test Delivery Management, Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) leadership, and test transformation strategies, along with strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on experience in modern testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in QA Testing and Software Engineering.
• Performed Test manager for a program of at least 10+ testers
• Proven expertise in Test Delivery Management and leading Testing CoEs.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with CxO-level interactions.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail)

Nice To Haves

• SAP testing experience is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test Delivery Management across multiple enterprise-level projects and programs.
• Ensure quality and timely execution.
• Manage large, distributed teams of 30–50 members, with effective onshore-offshore coordination.
• Establish and lead test transformation initiatives.
• Define and implement Test Strategy, Planning, and Execution frameworks aligned with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with CxO-level stakeholders for test reporting and strategic updates.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the QA organization.
