About The Position

Test Article Coordinator- Madison, WI Join a team that plays a vital role in advancing scientific research! As a Test Article Coordinator, you’ll support essential study operations by ensuring the accurate handling, tracking, and integrity of test articles and study materials. What You’ll Do: Manage test articles and samples — receiving, shipping, labeling, storing, transferring, tracking, disposal, and inventory reconciliation. Review shipping documents. Coordinate retrieval and return of study materials and documents. Maintain accurate client inventory records. Identify and communicate discrepancies. Support internal customer requests. Help maintain GLP-compliant storage environments. Participate in on-call rotation for storage-unit alarms. Perform other operational duties. Who You’ll Work With: Dose Formulation & Analysis Technical Staff Dose Formulation Coordinators Principal Investigators Management Study Directors & Coordinators Education & Experience: Associate’s degree (Life Sciences preferred) Experience with internal/external customer service Ability to use various computer applications and department-specific software Excellent documentation skills Schedule & Pay: Schedule: 1st shift Flexibility required for: Overtime On-call rotation every 4–6 weeks Pay: $23/hr. Requirements
