This position is for 3rd shift which includes a 12% shift premium We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Test Engineer to join our team on the 3rd shift. The position will be responsible for testing Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) devices and RF Head components, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining testing procedures, product troubleshooting, and maintaining test stations.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and typically a minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2 years experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic components
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Security Clearance: DoD Clearance: Secret

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 1 year experience with automated test equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to RF and SAW devices.
  • 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of SAW devices and RF Head components.
  • Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on performance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve any issues identified during testing.
  • Maintain test equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Adhere to all safety and quality protocols.
  • Willingness to work the 3rd shift.
