This role is an Outside Marketing/Sales Representative position supporting automotive dealerships throughout the states of Southern Indiana, Cincy/Dayton, Louisville/Lexington area. Travel is required and may include occasional overnight stays. The ideal candidate is flexible, selfmotivated, and comfortable working independently in the field. Compensation: Salary + Commission + Vehicle Allowance

Requirements

  • Automotive, finance, and/or sales experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Experience using webbased applications required
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience using DealerTrack or RouteOne preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect automotive dealerships to drive business development and growth
  • Manage existing accounts while building strong, consultative client relationships
  • Present and sell company products and services to all levels of dealership management
  • Develop action plans and schedules to identify targets and forecast contact activity
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals generated through field activity with both independent and franchise dealers
  • Identify sales prospects and manage assigned accounts effectively
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to dealership leadership
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients within independent and franchise dealer communities
  • Maintain a strong understanding of sales materials and stay current on financial product offerings
  • Participate in marketing activities including seminars, trade shows, and other promotional events
