Requirements

  • 1–3 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively
  • Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • Curious, thoughtful, and comfortable generating new ideas
  • Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills
  • Passionate about selling high-quality, premium products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling outside of the operating room preferred
  • ASC sales experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers, primarily within ASCs
  • Execute sales calls, product demonstrations, and in-service trainings
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth within the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Manage territory planning, scheduling, and follow-up independently
  • Share market insights, ideas, and customer feedback with internal teams
  • Represent the company with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm
