Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare or medical sales experience (medical device, pharmaceutical, or related)
  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory (including occasional overnight travel)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Little Rock, AR

Nice To Haves

  • Cardiology or cardiovascular sales experience
  • Experience selling into hospital or physician office settings

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic territory plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with cardiologists, hospital staff, and key decision-makers
  • Identify and penetrate new accounts while expanding existing business
  • Provide product education and support to clinical stakeholders
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM and analytics tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support territory success
