This is operational influence.

Requirements

  • You have 3–5+ years in B2B outside sales (capital/industrial preferred)
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent successful track record in industrial sales.
  • You’re comfortable with cold outreach + walking into operations environments
  • You can turn technical conversations into business decisions
  • You have a valid driver’s license & the ability to safely operate lift trucks for demos.
  • You want control over your income and your results
  • You care more about winning than being comfortable

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily (15–20 touches) across your territory
  • Walk into facilities and identify opportunities others miss
  • Analyze customer fleets and present ROI-driven upgrade strategies
  • Sell into Operations Managers, Directors, and Executives
  • Manage long-cycle capital deals through CRM (Salesforce)
