Requirements

Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you’ve sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.

Responsibilities

Manage the full sales cycle—take charge of your territory from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining relationships for the long term.
Develop and manage customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and email.
Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
Travel efficiently across your territory to visit customers in person (about 30% with limited overnight travel).
