About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven success in sales as a service. A plus if you’ve sold in HVAC, food service, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a professional presence.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen required.
  • Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Grow your territory by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through on-site visits, calls, and emails.
  • Recommend tailored service solutions that help customers operate efficiently.
  • Travel efficiently across your territory (about 30%, limited overnight travel).
