Now Hiring: Rental Territory Sales Representative – Willis, TX (Equipment Rental Sales | Territory Sales | Construction Equipment Solutions | Mustang Cat) Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is hiring a Rental Territory Sales Representative to serve customers throughout Willis and the North Houston area. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in the construction, industrial, and facilities maintenance markets. You’ll help local businesses access the right Cat and allied-brand rental equipment to get the job done — safely, efficiently, and on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field (Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of education)
  • Proven success in territory or outside sales, ideally in the rental equipment industry
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and product knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar products and rental applications
  • Experience supporting customers in construction, industrial, or municipal sectors

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and grow rental market share across the Splendora/North Houston territory
  • Represent Mustang Rental Services as the local leader in construction and industrial equipment solutions
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate needs and recommend the right rental equipment for each job
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and follow-up
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and financing options using CRM and sales systems
  • Stay current on Cat and non-Cat equipment, including aerial lifts, generators, compressors, and general rental tools
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned territory sales goals
