About The Position

If you’ve sold into contractors, job sites, or industrial accounts—you already know how this works.
This is a territory ownership role where you’re expected to go out, build relationships, and grow revenue. Not sit behind a screen.
We’re partnered with a leading provider of portable storage and site solutions looking for a sales rep to take over and expand the Chesapeake territory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (construction, industrial, or B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with in-person sales and site visits
• Strong communication and follow-up (this is not passive sales)
• Ability to prospect and build your own pipeline
• Local to Chesapeake, VA or within driving distance

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory (Chesapeake + surrounding area)
• Prospect new business and develop existing accounts
• Meet clients on-site, in person, and build real relationships
• Sell storage and site solutions to construction and commercial clients
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Manage accounts with a focus on increasing yearly revenue
